3. After 3 minutes, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 40 milliliters of soy sauce, and 200 milliliters of water (the water from the beef soaking).
4. Stir everything well to combine.
Finishing Touches:
1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in 50 milliliters of water and add it to the stew. Mix until the sauce thickens.
2. Finally, add green onions to taste and your beef stew is ready to serve!
