A Genius Yakisoba Trick from a Japanese Chef

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 small cabbage
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 medium carrot
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 250 grams spaghetti
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into thick slices, then thin strips. Transfer to a medium bowl.
2. Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and mix until combined.
3. Heat a skillet over medium to low heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil.
4. Add the chicken strips and fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
6. Cut the cabbage, red pepper, green pepper, and yellow pepper into thin strips. Slice the carrot into thin slices and set aside.
7. Heat a large pan over medium to low heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil. Saute the minced garlic and onion until slightly golden brown.
8. Add the chopped peppers, carrot, and cabbage to the pan. Stir everything well.
9. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir until combined.
10. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes.
11. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the vegetables and chicken. Stir everything well to combine.
