2 red onions

1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 crushed garlic cloves
150 grams grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Cut the red onions in half, then into thin strips. Transfer them to a medium baking dish and set aside.
2. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them over the onion strips in the baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, oregano, rosemary, and crushed garlic cloves. Mix well and set aside.
4. Make shallow cuts on the surface of the chicken breasts. Dip the chicken breasts into the prepared sauce and coat thoroughly.
